Adrian has 30 years of experience in treasury, cash management, and foreign exchange. He has worked in the Treasury department of INEOS for the past 12 years, holding roles in Europe and the United States, with a focus on implementing and administering treasury systems. He also has extensive experience in global banking regulations and post-merger integrations of treasury and financial reporting systems. Previously, Adrian also was appointed to the roles of Chief Dealer and Associate Director at banking institutions in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Domenico (Nico) Sneider has more than 30 years of experience in finance, including 27 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various financial roles, but mainly audit, where he focused on audits of OUS Affiliates and on Anti-Corruption and Ethics and Compliance processes. Nico retired from Eli Lilly and Company after eleven years as Audit Director after previously serving in various financial roles. Prior to working at Eli Lilly, Nico worked as an internal auditor at Gucci and as a senior auditor at Deloitte. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence and completed an executive program at the Wharton School. Nico is fluent in English and Italian.
Hector is a seasoned Auditor with over 20 years of experience in US and international corporations on the Internal Audit; US and International Accounting (Manufacturing; Banking) Finance (Banking); and Tax (South America) fields. In addition, Hector professional background includes academics as he taught as Adjunct Faculty on Graduate level business school in Indiana and Missouri Universities (Anderson University and Webster University).

Prior to this she was the Global Head of Services Management in BAT Finance Shared Services, where she led the development of a Global Service Management Framework with BAT Finance Shared Services globally. Her comprehensive finance experience includes Finance Controller, Head of IT Finance for Global IT Shared Services, Projects Accountant, Internal Auditor, Regional Finance Manager, and auditor with E&Y. Joon holds a BSc Econs in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics and is a FCA ( Chartered Accountant) of ICAEW and MIA.
Kimberley Louisien has over 17 years of professional experience mainly in finance related roles including audit, vendor and expenses management, financial planning, reporting and analysis. In her most recent role Kimberly was Senior Finance Manager at KPMG where she worked for 8 years in Bermuda. Prior to KPMG, she worked for CTC Insurance as Account Manager, Deloitte & Touche as Audit Senior and Staff Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Indies in Accounting, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Her experience includes 17 years at Eli Lilly in Tax (transfer pricing), Corporate Affairs (international), and HR (benefits). She was a member of the McDermott Will & Emery Transfer Pricing Discussion Group (TPDG), and contributing author to the group’s submissions to the OECD Committee on Fiscal Affairs on business restructuring and the transfer pricing of intangibles, and testified on behalf of the group as part of business consultations at the OECD. She also contributed to the TPDG submission on reporting requirements to the IRS for “uncertain tax positions” (UTP). She holds a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and an M.A. in Comparative Politics from the University of Wisconsin. She is fluent in four languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French) and has reading fluency in Italian and Russian.
Marcia is an experienced International tax Analyst with over eighteen years of tax experience including annual and quarterly international tax compliance procedures, international tax research and domestic tax compliance. Prior to working with Intrinz Inc., Marcia worked for Zimmer Biomet Holdings, from where she retired after nine years of working for Zimmer Holdings, 4 years of working for Biomet and 1 year of working for the merged companies. Her experience includes filing of forms: 5471, 8858, 8865, 1042, 1042s and Reg. 863, Reg. 351, Reg. 332, Reg. 1503, and Schedules. She holds an associate’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University/Purdue University Ft Wayne.
Nicholas Soon (Nick) has more than 20 years of experience in finance and treasury in global multinational and regional companies in Asia. Nick is also well versed in Corporate Finance and in Mergers & Acquisition in Asia.
His experience in Finance & Treasury includes implementing SAP, Finance Shared Services Centers, liquidity management structures, In House Bank and process improvement design and implementation. Nick has spent the most recent years in focused on strategic financial reviews, evaluating M&A targets and executed 5 M&As across Asia. Nick has treasury qualification from Association of Corporate Treasurers, UK and is also a qualified accountant as a fellow associate (FCCA) with ACCA.
Raphael is a seasoned finance professional with more than 17 years of experience in both banking and corporate treasury and based in Europe. Raphael started his career as a bank officer in Geneva, Switzerland before transitioning into corporate treasury roles. He was most recently the Head of Treasury operations for a FTSE-250 company where he successfully built up a self-sustainable global treasury centre in Manila. He holds Advanced Vocational Certificates in Economic, Marketing, Finance & Accounting from the Higher Banking Training Institute in Geneva and a Postsecondary Certificate of Capacity from Business School Geneva & Lombard Odier & Cie, Private banker in Geneva.
Sanjay has over 20 years of manufacturing and procurement experience. Sanjay has worked as Management Representative for ISO 9000 and Operations Director at Orion Steel Corporation in India for the last 15 years and has held several entrepreneurial positions in both India and United States over the years. He has extensive sourcing experience from China and India. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Indiana Institute of Technology.
Susan is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant with over 30 years of legal, consulting, and training experience. She worked as a labor and employment law attorney for top-tier law firms, Barnes and Thornburg and Bose McKinney & Evans, as in house counsel at Pennsylvania Power & Light Company, and as Director of Human Resources for SYSCO Food Services of Indianapolis. Currently Susan is providing consulting services for a wide variety of industries, including private and public sector employers, for profit and not for profit. Susan has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Agriculture, a master’s degree in Natural Resources from Ball State University and a Juris Doctorate (cum laud) from the University of Dayton School of Law.
