Patricia is the President and founder of Intrinz Inc. She has over 16 years of experience in corporate treasury and international business, she has worked and consulted for large multinational companies including Fortune 500 companies. Patricia has worked primarily with transitioning companies going through mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. She holds a bachelor degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business (IUPUI) in Finance, Accounting and International Business and an International Executive MBA from the International School of Management in Paris. She is also a certified PMP.
Bill is a highly experienced executive who recently retired as President and Vice Chair at Mays Chemical Company after 34 years with the company. During his tenure, he served as Controller, CFO, Senior VP and COO, and President. Prior to Mays, Bill worked with the Cummins Engine Company organization in various financial positions, and in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business; he is also a CPA.
Susan is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant with over 30 years of legal, consulting, and training experience. She worked as a labor and employment law attorney for top-tier law firms, Barnes and Thornburg and Bose McKinney & Evans, as in house counsel at Pennsylvania Power & Light Company, and as Director of Human Resources for SYSCO Food Services of Indianapolis. Currently Susan is providing consulting services for a wide variety of industries, including private and public sector employers, for profit and not for profit. Susan has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Agriculture, a master’s degree in Natural Resources from Ball State University and a Juris Doctorate (cum laud) from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Adrian has 30 years of experience in treasury, cash management, and foreign exchange. He has worked in the Treasury department of INEOS for the past 12 years, holding roles in Europe and the United States, with a focus on implementing and administering treasury systems. He also has extensive experience in global banking regulations and post-merger integrations of treasury and financial reporting systems. Previously, Adrian also was appointed to the roles of Chief Dealer and Associate Director at banking institutions in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Christine is a Certified Treasury professional with proven expertise in cash management, corporate finance and project management and has over 13 years of experience working for multinational companies in North America and Asia. She has managed $1.5B Liquidity and $2B Debt Portfolio’s and implemented numerous projects. Christine previously worked for Nova Chemicals, INEOS NOVA, General Motors, E&Y affiliate SGV & Co and Far East Bank & Co. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from the University of Sto. Tomas.
Sanjay has over 20 years of manufacturing and procurement experience. Sanjay has worked as Management Representative for ISO 9000 and Operations Director at Orion Steel Corporation in India for the last 15 years and has held several entrepreneurial positions in both India and United States over the years. He has extensive sourcing experience from China and India. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Indiana Institute of Technology.
Linda has extensive experience in transfer pricing, intellectual property issues and international corporate public policy with a focus on the global pharmaceuticals market and industry. Her experience includes 17 years at Eli Lilly in Tax (transfer pricing), Corporate Affairs (international), and HR (benefits). She was a member of the McDermott Will & Emery Transfer Pricing Discussion Group (TPDG), and contributing author to the group’s submissions to the OECD Committee on Fiscal Affairs on business restructuring and the transfer pricing of intangibles, and testified on behalf of the group as part of business consultations at the OECD. She also contributed to the TPDG submission on reporting requirements to the IRS for “uncertain tax positions” (UTP). She holds a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and an M.A. in Comparative Politics from the University of Wisconsin. She is fluent in four languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French) and has reading fluency in Italian and Russian.
Joon is a Shared Services and Finance professional based is in Asia, and the Founder/CEO of AGOS ASIA working in collaboration with Intrinz Inc. Prior to this she was the Global Head of Services Management in BAT Finance Shared Services, where she led the development of a Global Service Management Framework with BAT Finance Shared Services globally. Her comprehensive finance experience includes Finance Controller, Head of IT Finance for Global IT Shared Services, Projects Accountant, Internal Auditor, Regional Finance Manager, and auditor with E&Y. Joon holds a BSc Econs in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics and is a FCA ( Chartered Accountant) of ICAEW and MIA.
Mary Ann is a highly qualified CPA and financial professional with 15 years of experience in Finance and Project Management. Mary Ann’s prior experiences include experience with Allegion PLC, a spin off from Ingersoll Rand, WellPoint Inc., a fortune 50 company where she received a High Impact Award from the executive team for successful project work. Mary Ann also worked for public accounting firm E&Y for several years where she was involved in multiple publicly traded outsourcing engagements. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (IUPUI).
Jennifer is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in Financial Project Management. Jennifer has experience in international and domestic IT projects, software capitalization, technical research, asset ownership allocation, coordinating department management to address tax, cashflow and accounting concerns, budgeting, forecasting, analysis reporting. Her career has seen a wide variety of assignments, everything from directing an IT department in a Global Telecommunications company to leading the accounting department at Marketing and Design firm as a CFO. She is currently managing a $100 million Global IT Portfolio, including review of global capitalization policy compliance and asset ownership allocation. Jennifer graduated from Indiana University Fort Wayne with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA.
Raphael is a seasoned finance professional with more than 17 years of experience in both banking and corporate treasury and based in Europe. Raphael started his career as a bank officer in Geneva, Switzerland before transitioning into corporate treasury roles. He was most recently the Head of Treasury operations for a FTSE-250 company where he successfully built up a self-sustainable global treasury centre in Manila. He holds Advanced Vocational Certificates in Economic, Marketing, Finance & Accounting from the Higher Banking Training Institute in Geneva and a Postsecondary Certificate of Capacity from Business School Geneva & Lombard Odier & Cie, Private banker in Geneva
