Patricia is the President and founder of Intrinz Inc. She has over 23 years of experience in corporate treasury and international business, she has worked and consulted for large multinational companies including Fortune 500 companies. Patricia has worked primarily with transitioning companies going through mergers, joint-ventures, and acquisitions. She holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business (IUPUI) in Finance, Accounting and International Business and an International Executive MBA from the International School of Management in Paris. She is also a certified PMP.
Milay is Intrinz Inc. Language Service Dir. She is a native Spanish speaker with over 10 years of customer service experience, interacting with customer from various backgrounds. She gained experience as liaison coordinator in the Latino Affairs Department at the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office, dabbling later into Human Resources (HR) related positions and worldwide International Sales with a prevalence in the Spanish speaking markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Cuba and an OLS and HR Management degree from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI).
Heather is the Sr. Director, HR Practice of Intrinz Inc. Heather brings over 20 years of combined experience in legal strategy, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Professional Speaking and Training. Heather was most recently the Director of Talent Training at Dollar Tree, a Fortune 137 corporation, where she was responsible for leading strategic large-scale technical and leadership soft skills training for over 6,000 stores, field leaders and Supply Chain. With a focus on blended learning strategies that drive behavioral change and productivity, Heather brings large corporate experience designing and scaling the delivery of learning and development in ever-changing environments. Heather holds a Juris Doctorate from the McKinney School of Law and B.A. from Butler University in Spanish with a Journalism Minor. Heather is a Certified Coach and Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.
Mike is an experienced Corporate Tax executive with a career spanning more than 35 years supporting multinational organizations in a variety of industries. Mike was most recently the Vice President Global Tax for Zimmer Biomet where he led the tax department for 15 years and was responsible for all tax related activities. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, Mike held Tax leadership roles with Centerpulse Ltd. (Swiss-based), Enron, Western Atlas International and Arthur Andersen. His in-house and consulting experiences include tax strategy for numerous M&A opportunities, coordinating tax function and tax-optimized business integration, and global resource procurement through turnkey vendor selection processes (RFQ/RFP/selection/contracting/onboarding). He is a retired Texas CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
